Bouchées de bacon Bison

The texture is the winner for me—chewy but not tough, with the raisins adding just enough sweetness to balance the smoky bacon. I’ve been snacking on these post-hike and they’re filling without being heavy.

I grabbed a pack for my lunch rotation and the smoky bison flavor really comes through, balanced by the sweetness of the raisins. The bacon is uncured but it still gives that savory kick, and the chia seeds add a subtle crunch that keeps the texture interesting.

The raisins and chia seeds add just enough sweetness to balance the smoky bacon-bison richness, so I’ve been grabbing a handful post-hike instead of my usual protein bar. They’re soft and chewy, not dry at all, and the portion feels generous for the price.
