Oksefedt

I’d been using vegetable oil for everything, but switching to this tallow for searing steaks changed the game entirely—the crust comes out crisp in a way I never got before. It’s also solid at room temp, which makes it feel sturdy and clean to scoop. Glad I took a chance on it for my kitchen.
