I was skeptical about a beef bar for a snack, but the slow-cooked barbacoa flavor is spot on—it’s tender and savory without being greasy. Knowing it’s 100% grass-fed makes the texture feel more like real meat, not a processed stick. This one’s going in my regular rotation.

The bold spice mix really comes through without overpowering the meat, and the fact it's 100% grass-fed and Land-to-Market verified makes it feel worth the price. Texture is firmer than most bars I've tried, but that slow-cooked barbacoa flavor is unmistakable.

I was skeptical about a beef bar that wasn't jerky, but the shredded texture with those smoky spices actually nails the slow-cooked barbacoa vibe. It's rich and satisfying without being greasy, and knowing it's 100% grass-fed makes it an easy lunch backup.
