Benjamin ★★★★★

The jars seal tightly so no mess in the pantry, and this tallow has a clean, neutral taste that doesn't overpower my roasted vegetables. I've been swapping it in for butter on my cast iron skillet and the crust on steaks comes out exactly how I hoped.

The box of six is perfect for keeping a jar in the pantry and one by the stove—no more running out mid-cook. Rendered it down beautifully for crispy roast potatoes and the flavor is clean, not greasy at all. My fried chicken came out with that old-school golden crunch I’d been missing.

I’ve been using this tallow for my searing and roasting, and the high smoke point holds up beautifully even for a full chicken. Six boxes last me over two months of near-daily cooking, which is a solid value. My veggies come out with that clean, savory finish you just don’t get from seed oils.
